Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All users of Lead Rosetta must comply with this policy to ensure platform integrity.

1. Outreach Rules

• You must comply with CASL and CAN-SPAM.
• Every email must include a valid unsubscribe link and the physical address of Ed & Sy Inc.
• Do not contact businesses that have explicitly requested "No Solicitations."

2. Prohibited Industries

You may not use Lead Rosetta to market:

• Illegal goods/services.
• Predatory lending or get-rich-quick schemes.
• Harassing or defamatory content.

3. Enforcement

Ed & Sy Inc. reserves the right to suspend accounts with high bounce rates or excessive spam complaints.
