  • Account Data: Name, business email, and company name.
  • Google Business Profile (GBP) Data: Publicly available business data (names, addresses, reviews) retrieved via Google APIs.
  • AI-Generated Data: Quality scores and reports generated via OpenAI API.
  • Payment Data: Handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
  • Usage & Analytics: Tracking via Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

2. Third-Party Data (Prospects)

Lead Rosetta processes data about businesses sourced from public Google profiles. We rely on the "conspicuous publication" exception under CASL for B2B outreach, ensuring messages are relevant to the recipient's business capacity.

3. Sub-processors

We share data with:

  • Google (Data sourcing / Analytics)
  • OpenAI (AI Analysis)
  • Stripe (Payments)
  • SendGrid / Mailgun (Email delivery)

4. Your Rights
