By using Lead Rosetta, a product of Ed & Sy Inc., you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscriptions & Billing
- Services are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for partial months or unused credits.
2. Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
- Resell raw data scraped from the platform.
- Use the service for illegal spamming or harassment.
- Claim AI scores are "official" Google endorsements.
3. Intellectual Property
Ed & Sy Inc. owns the platform and its proprietary algorithms. Users are granted a license to use generated reports for internal business development only.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law in Ontario, our liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
